Visutech Remote Support is your main contact when you require service from Visutech. It is also the quickest and most effective way to get support.

Visutech Remote Support is a team of experienced technicians. The team consists of technicians from all over the Nordic region and is always staffed by at least two technicians. If none of them speak your language, our technicians will always help you in English.

Issue reporting

You report issues with your HP Indigo via the Visutech Service App installed on the press computer. Then a service technician from Visutech Remote Support will contact you and begin troubleshooting. In order to correctly handle the printing press and assist the service technician during troubleshooting, a certified HP Indigo operator must be present.

If the problem cannot be solved via Visutech Remote Support, OPC will take over and send a service technician to take care of the problem on site.

If you are unable to report an error from the printing press, contact Visutech OPC who will help you with the report. You will then be contacted by a technician from Visutech Remote Support.

Issue reporting of peripherals for HP Indigo
Also, issue reporting of peripherals (such as chiller, Maxi Cleaner, finishing equipment) to your HP Indigo should be done via the Visutech Service App. In the subject line you write what equipment the issue report applies to, as well as the serial number.

Issue reporting of other machines
For reporting issues with equipment that is not part of HP Indigo production, contact Visutech OPC.
